Commodore Ranbir Talwar
Commodore Ranbir Talwar is a retired Navy Officer, who has commanded three war ships and was instrumental in bringing the aircraft carrier Viraat to India from the U.K. as its commissioning Executive Officer. Earlier, he has served as ADC to the President of India and Defense Advisor in Indian High Commission in Canberra, Australia.
After retirement, he has worked in Corporate Sector for 4 years and since September 201, he has been Executive Director of the IHIF. He has been awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal for meritorious Services rendered to the Country

Dr. Tarun Lala, Physiotherapist
Done B.P.T (RGUHS, Bangalore), M.P.T (Neurology), CNR- Italy, C/NDT- NDTA U.S.A, HCPC-UK, MIAP. He is currently working in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Delhi for last 16 years as Incharge of Neuro Rehab and Assistant Chief, Dept. of Physiotherapy and Rehab. He is giving my voluntary services as a Rehab Advisor to IHIF Center for past 7 years, which involves assessment and goal planning for patients.

Dr. Chitra
Ms. Chitra Joined IHIF in August 2008 after working two years in Akshay Pratishthan. She has worked dedicatedly on the medical and preventive aspect of head injury prevention which are the main objectives of the IHIF. Whilst on the job, she undertook a PhD program in Social Sciences and successfully completed it in Dec 2016. She is the main stay of our prevention and helmet distribution program.

Mrs. Hemanjot Kalsi
Ms. Hemanjot is a Sr. Executive with the IHIF and along with small team, has worked very dedicatedly to bring the foundation on the National scene. She has been instrumental in the objectives of the foundation from inception to its current very high output. She is a Graduate in Electronics.

Dr. Neelima
Dr. Neelima, Occupational Therapist (OT) at DCWA, IHIF. Determine OT treatment plans based on evidence based practice for person whose function is impaired by physical illness or injury, children with continual development disabilities, PDD and other neurological conditions and also promote maximum independence in activities of daily living by training the use of assistive devices.
