Case of the Week

A old lady presented with history of low back ache starting 2013 and it has increased in severity since last 6 months. The pain is radiating to both the legs left more than the right. The pain aggravated by activity and relived partly by rest. There is no history suggestive of bladder or bowel disturbance. She is a known hypertensive on medications. She is allergic to sulpha group of medications.

PROCEDURE:

L3-5 instrumented fusion and L4-5 decompression.
